This Gallery of my paintings is more of a Retrospective show. Not all of the paintings are for sale, some have very kindly been lent back to me by their owners.
Over time, I shall be adding more pictures to the gallery, so do please keep dropping back and taking another look - you could have a pleasant surprise!
One other thing. Some people, when they look at my paintings and see the ‘distorted’ faces and bodies, tend to say “Oh, how very Picasso-esque.”
What they seem to forget is that Picasso took the faces (and bodies) from African sculptures to create one of his seminal paintings - Les Mademoiselles d’Avignon - and never looked back! My sources are neither African nor Picasso, they are everyday Humanity.
